This week’s video case reviews by David Walbank QC on Crimecast.Law include important judgments, which are likely to be of wide-ranging and long-lasting effect (on prosecution disclosure of a complainant’s electronic devices; proportionality in confiscation; and public interest immunity re search warrants)
In the week commencing Monday 9 November 2020, the following five video reviews have been added to the current series:
