Sailesh Mehta represents in the first Terrorism sentencing guidance case

Sailesh Mehta is instructed in the first case relating to Terrorism sentencing guidance in the Court of Appeal.  The Sentencing Council produced guidelines on the Terrorism Acts in the case of R v Kahar and others where Sailesh Mehta represented Mr Kahar.
