On 24 June Christopher Paxton QC presented a webinar to lawyers at CPS Eastern Region on the issues that arise in cases of homicide.

During the 90 minute lecture Chris highlighted the challenges of these difficult cases covering topics as diverse as disclosure and the use of disclosure management documents, expert evidence, the use of family liaison officers and the legal complexities of disclosure that arise when TV production companies have filmed aspects of the investigation.
