Cameron Brown QC featured in The Times

Cameron Brown QC has appeared in The Times talking about the recent change in law that will see sports coaches in a ‘position of trust’. He says:

“While questions may be asked over why it has taken so long for the law to change, the new legislation will have a significant impact for sports regulators.
By closing the legal loophole, allegations in the first instance will be referred to the police, with their greater resources and investigative expertise, thereby lessening the burden on regulators.”
