On 25th September 2019, we had the eighth of the Red Lion Lectures 2019: ‘EVER DECREASING CIRCLES’. The event began with examining the key proposals set out in the Law Commission’s report in relation to reform and in practice, followed by exploring the problem of too many SARs; as well as the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“POCA”) and approaching issues firms face with overseas cannabis investment.
